During the several years I have known Dani I have seen her skills as CEO over a whole range of business issues.These included:

-          Perpetually managing workforce costs with terms & conditions that were not competitive in the sector – this included a number of rounds of redundancies with Dani dealing with all stages including any claims

-          Continuing business as usual through a serious fire that destroyed a significant proportion of the factory

-          Keen management of the finance needs of the business  

-          Looking to specialise and diversify within the sector in order to remain competitive with the challenge of lower cost based economies
