About

In early 2009, my family’s 106 year-old company – Savekers – went into administration. I was in the fourth-generation of family members to work at (and run) the business. It goes without saying that letting go was tough but equally very freeing. During my time in the business I even learnt to weld, electroplate and metal polish – as well as carrying out an MBO, making family members redundant, overcoming a major fire, acquiring businesses and running multiple sites.

My focus now is to use the many years of experience in industry and work within the public sector to support organisations and where necessary become a critical friend t and ensure that they meet their potential by developing their strengths both personally and professionally.

We focus on education management and organisation support. Where possible we bring best practice from the private sector to the public sector and help with branding, organisation structures, revenue generation, cost cutting, restructuring, efficiency improvement and talent development.
