I was absolutely delighted to receive a fabulous reaction from one of my clients when they saw their website for a new venture go live today.

Panache Direct is a new initiative for Tony & Perminder Heer who  currently own and run a card and gift shop in Sutton Coldfield. I’ve known Tony for a long while and was extremely flattered and pleased when he approached me to assist them in the launch of Panache Direct a couple of months go. Panache Direct takes their successful high street store (Panache) to business parks, nursing and residential homes, community groups and major corporations.

Rather than trawling to a card and gift shop, the shop comes to you in the comfort of familiar surroundings – easy as that! Both Tony and his sister Perminder have always provided outstanding customer service and attention to detail, team this with their dediction to sourcing the very highest quality products from Parlane, Sia and India Jane - I have every confidence in their ongoing success and have been thrilled to watch their progress as they tackle the lead up to Christmas. I’m even happier that they take with them a rather lovely new brand indentity, website, marketing strategy and literature!
