After many years of running an SME manufacturing business, I learnt everything from scratch and the hard way. Now, armed with experience and 20/20 hindsight my aim is to help people through the highs and lows of business.

How? As a CRITICAL FRIEND.

We all need someone to support, a set of ears and eyes to give another view,  a confidante, a telephone/email directory, an introducer, a problem solver, a shoulder to cry on, a mediator, a motivator. Most of all we need a friend on our side and someone we can trust. This often includes being challenged and pushed outside of our comfort zone – but for our own benefit and postively.
